CALLING ALL HOURS OF DAY NIGHT

I keep getting calls from this number and it s a foreign person telling me that I have a credit issue that is going to court on such and such date and tries to get my personal information from me but I keep hanging up on them. I want these bogus calls to stop, what can I do to prevent them from happening??? Please help me.

Wanted to know if my mother was diabetic and what supplies she needed. They keep calling 3 or 4 times a day even after we have told them to stop calling.

Called twice today, hung up both times when i answered. No response from the caller after several times asking for a reply.

I never answer my phone, I let the machine do that for me. So far this week I have numerous messages asking if I am Ashlee Somebody (the last name is mumbled)and I have 3 seconds to acknowledge I am her and if not(which I am NOT),to hang up. Well an answering machine doesn't know any better - so the call keeps recording... Ashlee better pay her debt soon. I don't dare call back else they'll have my name as a live caller and amp up the rate of calls. I have had this same # for years AND I PAY MY BILLS.

Called home phone, asked for my son by first and mispelled last name. I said he wasn't in, can I take a message. She said no and good bye.

They say they are from a law firm and threaten to take you to court for a past debt and imprisonment.

Caller keeps calling my employment claiming to be from the Federal Investiagion Authority but will not give me information who the debt is for and they will not send me the information in the mail. The lady that called today called 8 times as i repeatedly told her not to contact me at work call me at home. She continued to call and had began yelling at me because I wouldn't talk with her. Duh im at work..
